The final point of the film festival is the announcement of the Grand-Prix owner of 2019. The jury has decided that the documentary film by Ivan Golovnev about Vladimir Arseniev, the explorer of the region in the beginning of the 20th century, was the best film of the festival. Thus, the main award of the festival - big lighthouse - is going to Ekaterinburg.

During the festival, the jury has watched 34 works. This year the «Underwater camera» category got a lot of attention, especially a movie made by two the most famous divers of Primorie - Dmitrii Rudas and Aleksei Kondratuk. This category, traditionally, is one of the most popular in the festival’s program. 

 
In 2019, the main prizes, lighthouses, were shipped to Moscou, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Saint-Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Murmansk and Vladikavkaz. Some of the lighthouses will stay in Vladivostok. Festival’s program will be available on «Vostok-24» channel.
