How to solve the problem with garbage in Primorye?

From January of this year, Russia was to switch to a new scheme for working with garbage. But most of the country's regions, including Primorye, have not been able to do this.

Meanwhile, at a meeting of the Vladivostok Duma, it sounded like thunder that the furnaces of the already closed Vladivostok incineration plant would again be melted to burn debris.

Vladivostok garbage dump in a beautiful gulf between hills. Eight years ago, she moved here from the shores of the Ermine Bay, only a mile and a half deep into the peninsula.

What was previously dumped almost into the Ussuri Bay is now being brought here in large quantities. Until August last year, 500 tons per day.

Garbage trucks from the closed waste incantation were pulled together by a friendly string to the operating landfill.

This is 200 tons daily.

The question was further complicated by the fact that the single regional operator for handling all this good did not appear in the region.

Against this background, the Vice-Mayor of Vladivostok, Alexander Yurov, said: the furnace of the closed incinerator will have to be flooded again.

A few hours later was followed by a refutation.

The government of the country gives the regions a short respite.

It turned out that they are not ready to work on a new waste management scheme. Therefore, as long as all the trash cans remain in place and the scheme of work remains the same, it is also impossible to drag on with garbage red tape.

In Primorye it will be build dozens of sorting stations: plastic - to the left, glass - to the right, and also - to find a place for paper and metal. In order for recycling of garbage not to turn into burning money, you need to kill three birds with one stone - everything must be efficient, environmentally friendly and economical.

And it is necessary to decide what to do with sorted for recycling and recycling. There is not a single enterprise in the region capable of mastering such volumes of raw materials.
