Hospitals of Vladivostok offer help for people with drugs and alcohol addictions. 80% of patients of Primorye’s regional drug dispenser have very difficult destinies. Doctors try to save these people, but they do not succeed all the time, since it does not depend only on them. Addicts are not obligated to go to the dispenser, so the most part of the patients are people who want to have a normal life again.
