According to the information from project's investor “Summa” company, Ministry of Transport of the P. R. C. has supported the construction of Hyperloop high speed rail system between Russian Zarubino port and Chinese Hunchun logistics center.

"All investors are instructed to appoint their project coordinator, which should implement detailed study on the technical, technological and legal aspects of the usage of this technology and to ensure the transport and logistics connections between Hunchun TLC and Zarubino port," - said in a statement.

At present specialists of "Summa" company are studying the technical and economic expediency of the usage of Hyperloop technology on this route.

As was previously stated by the head of Russian Ministry of Transport, Maxim Sokolov, the project will be presented at the East Economic Forum, which will take place on September,2-3  in Vladivostok.

"Our partners, that are interested in this idea, will work up this project in order to present it at the East Economic Forum" - Sokolov said.

According to his words, today the government has no plans to use state funds for the development of this project. This project requires huge investments, and there is hardly any investor who will invest such huge amounts without an understanding of how the pilot project works. That is why we should present this project as clear as possible.
