In the case of a positive decision, it is proposed to introduce a phased introduction of a uniform form from the beginning of the new academic year, affecting primary and secondary schools. And if the majority decides that the dress code is an unnecessary measure, then everyone will have the right to refuse to buy it. Voting in a referendum will be secret - it is enough to put a tick in one of the lines of the bulletin, the format of which was developed by the pedagogical community.

As experts of the regional department of education and science say, "School referendums" on the exciting topics will be held on March 18 in 13 districts of the province - more than 200 secondary schools of the region will take part in public discussions.
