Interview with Elena Yasevich, deputy director of the Primorye investment agency.

Chief: "Now investment agency is working on the program which is called "Improving the investment attractiveness of the Primorsky Region in the form of the national rating best practice implementation�.

Elena Yasevich:"This program is quite clear, the direction is absolutely clear as well. There is a order of the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin that all the subjects of the Russian Federation should make necessary efforts to improve the investment climate. Regions should have an investor, investor should help them to realize their major programs, major projects, participate in those projects, which are strategically important for the region.

Primorye Region is also actively involved in the making investment climate program. And we just have such program, which doing just this direction.

This program is important because in the Primorye Region from this year first time introduced the project format of the program management.

It means that not only the specialized departments of the Primorsky Region, government, Investment Agency and other development institutions, business and expert communities of Primorsky Region involved in its realization.

The main purpose of this program is to create favorable conditions for business in the region. Apart from economic benefits of making business, administrative procedures, obtaining different resolutions, law enforcement agencies making various inspections, decision of the land questions, providing transport, infrastructure all these questions are important in the same degree, and it influence on the realization of the business.

All questions must be solved in complex, and this program is directed to it.

This program is made up of seven major projects and directions on which we are going to develop and improve the investment business in Primorye:

2. Human resources and education

3. IT infrastructure

4. Energy

5. Transport

6. Construction

7. Business and investment"
