Fund Calvert 22 and consulting company Price waterhouse Coopers (PwC) presented a rating of the Index of the creative capital of Russian cities. The first place is for Moscow, the eighth is Vladivostok, ahead of Kaliningrad, Perm and Nizhny Novgorod. It is reported by "Vesti: Primorye" with reference to the press service of the city administration.
Creative capital is the peculiarities of social and cultural infrastructure, the possibilities of innovative and creative sector, which allow to attract representatives of creative professions.
The rating includes a group of indicators. City: economic situation, cultural life, urban and educational environment. People: activity, education, openness, creativity. Business: creative resources, the scale of creative economy. Government: supporting business, supporting budgetary spheres, openness of government. Brands: media influence of the city, brand level, attractiveness of the city.
