Following the example of European capitals, Japanese offer to extend  the sidewalks and cancel chaotic parking in the city center.

Specialists advise to the citizens need to understand and don’t park the cars in the center, but use it for walking and public transport.

The biggest changes are in the First River district.

In place of the tank farm and production facilities, they advise to open new business center - with high-rise buildings and city beach with a central park and city stadium.
