The crews of the Ka-27 helicopters deployed on the basis of the Pacific Fleet's naval aviation in the Primorsky Territory worked out the organization of take-offs and landings on the deck of the large anti-submarine ship Admiral Vinogradov. As reported by Vesti: Primorye, referring to Interfax-Far East, two Ka-27 helicopters were involved in practical training in search and rescue and anti-submarine versions.
During the daylight hours, the pilots, in cooperation with the crew of the BOD, carried out more than 20 take-offs and landings on the deck of the battleship. The flights were performed both when the ship was in drift, and on the fly. The tasks have been accomplished.
