The Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai won the grand prix in the Russia Event Awards contest in the category « Best TEO - Tourist Events Organization ». The final events took place in Ulyanovsk on December 3. The Primorye’s Center organized dozens of events over the past year, was both a co-organizer and a media partner, playing an important role in popularizing the region.

In addition to Primorye, Sverdlovskaya oblast, Nizhny Novgorod region and the Republic of Bashkortostan participated in the nomination. Despite strong competitors, the grand prize went to the Tourist Information Center of Primorye, that operates under the Visit Primorye brand.

In addition to the Grand Prix in the Russia Event Awards contest, Primorye received another award. The excursion festival "The Roads of Arsenyev," that was held in September for children from various municipalities, won third place in the contest.
