On Sunday, November 14, Vladivostok opened a renewed public space - the park "Pushkin's Fairy Tales". Guests of the event were greeted by Grandfather and Grandmother, The Pussycat, Mermaids, Nanny Arina Rodionovna and bogatyrs.
Back in 1976, a children's play area for local kids was built here, at 68 Pushkinskaya Street. In 1999, in honor of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin, the playground received its name - "Pushkin's Fairy Tales". Various musical festivals were held here. But over the years, the playground has fallen into disrepair and this year, thanks to the Vladivostok City Administration, local residents, the United Russia Party and socially responsible businesses, the playground has been restored.
