On November 30th the local schools will switch to remote learning for the period of bad weather. For the convenience of parents, the kindergartens will receive children until nine in the morning. Such measures are due to unfavourable weather conditions: intensive snow as well as blizzard are expected in the city tomorrow.

Residents and visitors to Vladivostok are advised to be extremely careful during bad weather.
