The governor of Primorye Oleg Kozhemiako together with the artistic director of Mariinsky theatre Valery Gergiev visited the construction site of the Vladivostok’s cultural site. 

An educational complex is being built on Russky Island, with a total built-up area of more than 90 thousand square meters. It will combine an educational center for 550 seats with a canteen and a swimming pool, a branch of the Central Music School at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory and the Choreographic Academy - a branch of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography. The buildings of the academic buildings and boarding schools for students will be connected by warm "air" passages. A dormitory for 150 people, two boarding schools for students of educational institutions and three apartment buildings for teachers and artists are being built at this site as well. 

According to Oleg Kozhemiako, the complex will be fully operational next school year.
