Dozens of accidents, including lethal ones, were caused by the ice on the region’s roads. Trucks were blocking the highway, cars massively flowing into the ditch. In different parts of the region blackouts were registered today. 

Victor Chulkov, spokesman for Primgidromet: "On Tuesday night, the weather in the west and south is expected to be mostly without precipitation. Snow will remain mostly in the northern half of Primorye. The night ahead will be frosty, with temperatures dropping to -3 ... -15 degrees ». 

Snow in the Far Eastern capital ended in the afternoon, but towards evening the puddles turned into an ice rink. Getting to work without studded tires and shoes will be problematic.
