Vladivostok International Airport is re-inscribed in the list of checkpoints with an electronic visa, which will simplify the entry of foreigners into Russia through Primorye's air harbour.
Vladivostok’s International Airport announces its inclusion to the list of checkpoints for entry into Russia by electronic visa. The corresponding decree of the Government of the Russian Federation was signed on September 3, 2021.
Since 2021, electronic visa has become an independent visa category just as diplomatic, service, transit, ordinary and temporary resident visas are in Russia. Foreign tourists will be able to arrive in Primorye's air harbour with an electronic document, having previously registered it on a special website created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or using a mobile application.
Visa will be issued once with a permitted period of stay in Russia up to 16 days.
