Today the new head of Vladivostok officially took office. Konstantin Shestakov took the oath of office, and the governor of Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako presented him with a certificate. In his speech Kozhemyako espresso the hope for the city to develop intensively and promised support to the new elected mayor. 

Konstantin Shestakov has quite ambitious plans for his office.
