This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during his annual address to the Federal Assembly of the country.

"In Russia a program of preferential loans for the tourist business will be launched. The rate will be three to five percent. There are already many projects in this sphere. Ski resort in Kuzbass, tourist infrastructure in Altai, Pacific resorts of Russia will be developed. Many health resorts will get a new impetus for development", - promised the president.
