The beach season is just around the corner, and the borders of some resorts are still closed. Vladivostok urbanists believe that this is not a problem. Moreover, new promenades with a full range of necessary services will appear in the city in the near future. 

In the 19th and early 20th centuries, three nationalities lived in the Vtoraya rechka area: Russians, Uzbeks, and Tatars. Hence the name of the local streets. This beach is located next to the Tatar street, so it is popularly called "Tatarka". To emphasise its national peculiarity, the specialists of the Directorate of Public Spaces even chose their brand for it - at the entrance there will be an art object with an image of a tulip, the symbol of Tatarstan.
