Infrastructure is being created in the priority development areas of Primorsky region. Roads to the future factories and enterprises are being built now. According to the plan, 25 kilometers of new roads will be built within this year. This building work is being funded by territorial budget.

Road construction equipment is working non-stop from eight in the morning till eight in the evening to build roads as soon as possible.  New asphalt roads will be 7 meters width.

Priority development areas have been created for investments attraction and accelerated development of the economy, in other words, to improve the lives of people. There are three priority development areas in Primorsky region: “Mikhailovsky” industrial area, “Nadezdinsky” agricultural area and the shipyard in Bolshoy Kamen. The total amount of investments is about 208 billion rubles. These priority development areas will create 10 thousand workplaces. Residents of priority development areas of Primorsky region have already brought more than 350 million rubles to the regional budget.

Roads to “Mikhailovsky” and “Nadezdinsky” priority development areas are being built at the same time.

Alexander Golutvin, resident of “Nadezdinsky” priority development area is going to create a mill, which will produce concrete structures for the construction of apartment buildings. There are no analogues to such mill in the Far East of Russia.

Alexander Golutvin, resident of “Nadezdinsky” priority development area: “It is very difficult to deliver concrete aggregates for the mill construction. If there is no road, we would have to build it ourselves. It’s a great virtue that our Administration has devoted funds to road construction”.

25 kilometers of new roads to the priority development areas of Primorsky region will be built within this year.
