For recall, an emergency situation regime started in Primorye due to the aftermath of the frozen rain on 18 Novembre.

Many residents of the region were left without light, heat and water. In the morning of November 21, traffic on the bridge to Russky Island was closed due to the ice that was falling from the cables. On Sunday, December 6, the bridge was reopened.
