For the third day in a row it has not stopped raining and snowing in the region. Such an adverse combination of precipitation and temperatures has not been observed in the region for over 30 years.
Trees, poles and wires fall. And most importantly, the disaster has led to unprecedented large-scale accidents on power lines. Dozens of citizens of Vladivostok and Artiem and other settlements are left without light, heat and water. The disaster has also destroyed squares and parks. Almost all of the trees on Poplar alley in Vladivostok were broken down by the weather.
