Vladivostok’s nightlife got in the center of attention of administrative commissions. According to medical recommendations, all of the bars, clubs and restaurants of the city should be closed after midnight. But some entrepreneurs seem to ignore those new restrictive measures. 

The owners of the facilities still opened after midnight can be penalised with fines of 100 to 300 000 roubles.
