According to the ministry of transport of South Korea the border between Russia and South Korea may be reopened by the end of September of this year. 

«We are discussing with the Russian ministry of transport the possibility of restarting regular air communication between our countries by Korean Air and Aeroflot air companies» - said Hwang Seon Phil, the representative of the Korean ministry of transport.
