Festival of Ethnic Unity was held in the Far Eastern Federal University. Students from different countries introduced their own culture during this event.

Students from 41 countries are studying in the Far Eastern Federal University. Every student tried to show the country at its best. Students from Afghanistan dressed in national costumes to introduce their country.

Ahmet Hawari, a student of FEFU: "The national costume is being called a vest, it is embroidered by hand."

By the way, not only the representatives of different countries participate in the Festival of Ethnic Unity, but also representatives of some Russian regions participate in this event and introduce their own traditional culture. For example, students from the Republic of Sakha Yakutia teach guests of the festival how to play old national game - Hamyska.

Pavilion of Brazil is located on the opposite side of Yakutia’s pavilion. Another national game is being introduced here – this game is football, of course.

Portuguese, Spanish, English, Chinese, Japanese – different languages can be heard during the festival. But there is no language barrier, because all foreign students smoothly communicate in a daily life. Number of countries, which representatives are studying in FEFU is growing year by year.
