The head of the Ministry of Health of Russia thinks that international air communication needs to be recommenced but with respecting certain restrictions such as social distance for instance.
The renewal of air communication supposes several obligations including tests and social distancing measures. The minister has also mentioned that it is important to allow international air communication but it is also necessary to remember that any changes during the current situation must be followed by restrictions.
