Thailand opened its boarders for international flights on July 1st. The new policy, however, does not regard all of the foreigners. 

The international tourists who have a right to enter the country are people who have a permission to work or live in Thailand as well as foreigners coming to the country on business or family related purposes. 

The dates for other category of passengers are still unknown.
