President Putin charged the ministers and the heads of the regions to use the new constitutional amendments in the upcoming national projects. 

«Priorities and values the citizens voted for must be fully realised in the new projects. In all of the federal and national programs» - mentioned Putin.

Also the president said that the legal base must conform to the renewed Constitution of Russia.
