June 30th is the last day of the early voting related to the new amendments for the constitution in Russia. The main voting will take place tomorrow on July 1st. 

More than 345 thousand electors of Primorye have already participated in the national voting. 

The voting started on June 25th and will continue until July 1st. The changes include new 39 amendments for the Constitution. 

During the votings several thousand social workers assure the legitimacy of the event.
