Yakovlevsky district is one of unique places of Primorye where Taiga meets the legendary river Arsenievka that spreads far far away, where tigers sleep near local houses and every village has its own unique honey. Almost every Yakovlevsky’s villages are being protected by the Soldiers of the Victory. 

Many habitants of the villages remember their warriors who were not scared to sacrifice their lives for freedom. Various monuments related to the soldiers can be found all over the district.
