The administration of Vladivostok is getting ready for the construction of new city districts. Now the specialists have to analyse which lots of land are the most perspective ones for new constructions. Vladivostok is in need of new constructions and developments. 

During the meeting related to this question, 15 perspective lots of land have been presented on Neibuta, Zelenaya, Feta, Dzambula and Fanzavod streets. Many new houses can be placed on new lots.
