Coronavirus spreading starts to slow down in the region. Now Primorye may consider changing the self isolation regime.  The governor of the region has recently adopted new legislation allowing retailers to reopen. 

Starting from May 27 owners of small business will be able to notify the authorities about their reopening. The organisation will have to work under several conditions: 

• All of the workers will have to be protected from the virus by masks, gloves and antiseptics; 
• Antiseptics have to be available for the customers; 
• Disinfection must be done every two hours; 
• The safe distance must be respected by customers; 
• Staff members will not be allowed to eat at the work place;
