This school year will not have the traditional prom the traditional way at least. However, the authorities of the region proposed to hold proms next year for this year’s students or to have an online celebration. Some schools have already decided to have a « Zoom » prom with beautiful gowns, music and festivities. Some schools even decided to have a «distance» theatre performance for its students.  However, not all students are content with these decisions. Some of them are even disappointed that they will not have the traditional prom experience. 

This year might be the first year since the Second World War when proms will be cancelled. However, it is important to remember that these measures are only temporary.
