Restaurants and cafes may be authorised to open summer terraces this season but under several conditions and with respecting sanitary norms. 

Elena Dibova, the vice-president of the Chamber of commerce and industry of Russia, stated that the Chamber was planning to allow terraces to be opened at first. In order to do this, the terrace’s owner will have to make sure that all of the epidemic and sanitary norms and measures are respected. 

After restaurants and cafes, other business spheres could be restored step by step.
