Costa Neoromantica liner has been staying 100 miles away from Vladivostok for a day now. It was denied the unplanned entrance to Zolotoy Rog bay. 

On March 19 the empty liner left Japanese Nagasaki and ever since have been drifting in the sea of Japan. Costa was supposed to enter Vladivostok’s waters on June 16. The ship asked the local port for entrance on March 26 but was denied. 

The perspectives of the 2020 cruise season are very unclear. As for now, the first liner of the year, Westerdam, has been already denied the entrance. 

14 liners in total were supposed to come to Vladivostok this year.
