In the meantime and until April 30, «Avrora» airways will be carrying foreign passengers from Russia (Uzhno-Sakhalinsk, Khabarovsk and Vladivostok) to South Korea (Soul, Busan) and Japan (Tokyo), and Russians from Korea and Japan. The same rules apply to transfer passengers: all foreign passengers can leave Russia and only Russian citizens can come to Russia. 

The passengers who have already bought flight tickets can receive a refund.
