The mayor of Harbin has sent an official letter to the mayor of Vladivostok saying that Harbin is in a serious lack of medical masks. The administration of the city asked the local entrepreneurs to participate in the masks collection. The center of small business development informed local businessmen about the start of the masks collection campaign. The collection will take place in «CITY HALL» business center on January 31 at 16:00.

13 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus in Heilongjiang province’s capital so far.
