13 doctors from Primorye’s hospitals decided to create a new office that will take care of the quality of the medical service.
The changes are planned to start with the medical facilities administrations since they give the first impression of the hospital to the patients. Often, people working there are not medical specialists and can not answer all of the patients’ questions. The new office will try to solve the problem by introduction a new algorithm to the administration. Also, the office plans to reduce the amount of waiting time for patients.
The local specialists try to use foreign systems as exemples.
