Outlines of the new modern shopping mall have been recently discussed in the city administration of Vladivostok. The facility is planned to be constructed in the city center. 

According to the local authorities, the new mall will include an aqua park, working all day long and accommodating around 30 000 visitors a month. The mall will be four times bigger than the actual local giant - «Kalina mall».
