In Primorye, more than a billion rubles will be used by schools in order to provide hot meals to school students in 2020. 

According to the regional government 83 274 elementary school children receive free hot meals, 8200 children from low-income families and middle school students and 1230 high schoolers for the moment. 

For the recall, on January 15, Vladimir Putin proposed providing all of the children in elementary schools with free hot meals.
