Teachers’s salaries must not be different from one region to another. A project of creating a unique teachers salary system was proposed recently.
The realization of the project may take about a year. The representatives of the professional community supported the initiative.
The goal is to create a simple unique salary system. The salary should be based on the amount of working hours, the level of the teaching programs and the professional skills of the teacher.
