The head of the regional sports school Aleksandr Yushin informed the medias, that  Arseniev’s ski slope will start working not earlier than December 15. 

«The amount of snow is not enough for skiing, and the artificial snow can not be made yet since it is not cold enough» - said Yushin. Also, he added that as soon as the situation will go back to normal, the ski center will inform everyone.
