An initiative to allow seventeen-year-old teenagers to drive was proposed recently. However, during the first year of driving, the children will have to drive under adult’s supervision. 

In Russia, underaged teenagers have a right to get their licence, but they can not drive until they are eighteen years old. According to different countries experiences, accompanied driving does not increase the amount of road accidents. 

If an accident happens, both the adult and the teenager are responsible for it.
