There have been several discussions held in the government regarding the launch of commercial tickets for the citizens of the Far East.
The Ministry of transport has been working on the way “Aeroflot”, the leading Russian airline, will sell a part of the tickets for a commercial price.
The “flat” fare has been used by Aeroflot since 2015. In order to launch new tickets for the upcoming year, the airline has to contact the Ministry of transport to get a permission. Usually the Ministry gives its approval in October, but this year it has not happened yet and the passengers can not buy tickets for 2020.
