Drought in Partizansk district destroys crops. Farmers started counting days until next rains. In order to save their property, they decided to create an artificial rain. 

The construction can easily be erected and moved from one lot of land to another. This system is widely used in central parts of Russia. 

Water is taken from local rivers, some artificial pounds were made for future rains as well.
