Loan rate will not be bigger than 2% a year, and it will be available  for buying a finished residential property, a property under construction or for renovation. 

Yurii Trutnev, representative of the President in the Far East region: « We are developing a mechanism for making mortgages more available in the region for buying, constructing and renovating residential properties. The loan will be given for 20 years without an initial instalment and for a 2% annual rate.» 

A subsidy of 7,5 billion rubles will be given to the Far East development fund. It will finance the banks of the regions. 

This project is being developed in order to support the birth rates in the region.
