Export of Primorye scallop and sea cucumber reached 7.5 million dollars. Currently about 90 farms are engaged in the development of aquaculture in the region.

According to the Primorye Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Bioresources in 2018 the amount of export mollusks reached 36.6 million dollars.

Including scallops is 4.5 million dollars, trepang for almost 3 million dollars.

Nowdays 92 Primorye aquaculture farms are provided 329 fish-breeding sites with a total area of 74 thousand hectares.
