Oleg Kozhemyako, Governor of Primorsky Region, noted that the food will be very simple - our borsch, dumplings. It will be Russian traditional dishes.
According to him, guests from North Korea expressed a desire to try the Russian cuisine. Nevertheless, according to the governor of Primorye, North Korean chefs came as part of the delegation, so "there will be a diverse choice."
The armored train of the Chairman of the North Korea State Council, Kim Jong-un, arrived in Vladivostok at about 11:00 Moscow time. After a short welcoming ceremony, Kim Jong-un’s limousine left Vladivostok station and went to Russian Island on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University, where he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday.
