Ethnic Congress is an annual event that brings together dozens of nationalities living in the region. It will be held in Primorsky region in the beginning of September. Now large-scale preparations are in progress. Many Diasporas will present their cultural heritage during this event. How are the Azerbaijanians   going to surprise participants of Ethnic Congress in Vladivostok?

People in Primorsky region are familiar with East cuisine. Many can use chopsticks. But people here like not only Far East cuisine, but also cuisine of the Middle East. This is not surprising for the region, which is a home to 158 nationalities.

Recipes are not a secret, but still many would like to taste dishes made by Hasan Seyidov, and not only his countrymen. More than 30 years Hasan Seyidov left his native Azerbaijan, and came to Primorsky region to a chef. Now people near the Pacific Ocean have a chance to taste dishes if Caspian region. Moreover, Hasan is ready to open the secrets of one of the main dishes of the national cuisine - Azerbaijanian dolma.

He says: "fresh sheep rump meat, add salt, pepper and wrap in  grapes’ leaves, after that put in a pot, it is also ok to add  pepper, tomato and eggplant ".

Now Hasan’s children learn all the secrets national dishes cooking. And they need to learn a lot, because. Azerbaijanian cuisine is very rich.

It will be the fourth time Azerbaijanian Diaspora participate Ethnic Congress and present their cultural heritage. When so many nations gather together, the main thing that you can feel not the  cultural diversity, but the cultural unity.
