The largest shopping and entertainment center in the Russian Far East was opened in Vladivostok

On 28 of February in Vladivostok was opened shopping and entertainment center "Kalina Mall". The company "Artayar" has invested in the construction over 3 billion rubles.

Kalina Mall is the first trade and exhibition complex in the Far East. It was designed for a stream density of over 30,000 visitors per day.

The fobject is located in Vladivostok within the coastal strip, overlooking the Golden Horn Bay and the historic part of the city.

Valery Fintisov, General Director of “Artayar” LLC said that that the project is optimal in terms of height and area for this place, and it has good transport location.

They conduct beautification of the territory, equipped a two-level heated underground parking with a capacity of over 1 500 cars and provided renters, including well-known international and federal companies, with the opportunity to worthily present their brands in the Far East.

The shopping gallery contains over 100 stores of clothing, shoes and related products.

There are a modern hypermarket, the biggest food court area for 650 seats in the Primorye, several entertainment centers for children, youth and family recreation and a modern cinema with seven cinema halls, including a premium auditorium format, which is scheduled to open in April.

Three restaurants of the resident companies of the free port of Vladivostok - “Kalina Cotton” and “Fortuna” with Uzbek and Italian cuisines and fast food restaurant “Burger Project” will be also there.

An interior design project for the Kalina Mall shopping and entertainment center was completed by a Moscow architectural company.
