The Vladivostok company signed a contract for the supply of 3.6 thousand tons of Mongolian and Manchurian oak lumber to the China.
From October 2016 to April 2017 he exported to China in value of one million US dollars.
However, the currency proceeds for the goods sold within the prescribed period were received only partially in the amount of 60 thousand dollars, which is slightly more than 5% of the contract amount.
At the same time the exporter did not take any action to return the currency.
For evasion from the obligation to return money on a large scale, the guilty party may face up to five years ’imprisonment and a fine.
